My 6 days trip to Mardi Himal Base Camp

Dreaming is good in itself. Night and day, some dreams have always been in my mind. There was no Dashain Tika this Year. So there was one thing playing in my mind – how do I go across a cloud or a mountain? Despite a strong desire, I was unable to speak in the family. After Dashain, I finally got the courage. After getting everyone’s permission and getting what I needed, I was ready in an hour. The preparation was so unique that I cut off the flight ticket at 1 pm and reached the airport.

people cannot get everything they want ! I had to reach there for about an hour, immediately reaching the airport with the pleasure of kissing the mountain. At the airport, an official said the flight will be late because of VIP’s Myanmar ride! There was no choice but to sit quietly. I would go to Pokhara and buy some high altitude medicine and some goods. No guide was provided. Likewise, most of the time at the airport was spent with a lot of trouble.

Do not Stop by  ‘Sorry’

Guide Elena Casey went to Annapurna Base Camp the year before. She had a talk a while ago about going back together. I was shocked when she called me and said ‘Sorry’ because she had to go with a German woman. But the alternative is to say, Elena was ready to take me with her trip, along with the German woman. Thus began our trip to Mardi Himalaya Base Camp on October 15th. There were plenty of places to go to. I chose the path of Kande. Slightly easy to walk. I had no choice but to acclimate myself to the ups and downs, like any other friend. Instead, I went ahead with a panoramic view of nature to ease the tide. The hills were green. With the touch of warm sun, the breathtaking scenery inspired me to go every step of the way. Suppose the 15- 16 year-olds energy was returned to life again.

The idea was to reach Siding village that day. But in my mind, one concern was dwelling badly – whether or not the luggage could be found in the hotel at the Lou Camp? Thanks to the hotel keeper. Glad you did. Oh, what a gentleman! he returns my goods safely.

In Kathmandu, even when I walk a short distance I had to fill tired, but there did not feel tired while traveling and hiking a long distance. A panoramic view of the landscape must have! we are at a height of 800 meters uphill from Pokhara. The sight of Mardi Himalayan, South Annapurna and Fisherman (Kumari Himalayas), slight like silver, was captured in the eye while Dhumpus and from there reached the Pothana. there are many crowds of tourists. Not only Sayapatri but even flowers like Godavari and Laure, which make us feel proud to visit in the height of 1700 meters from Pokhara. It took two and a half or three hours to reach Dhumpus village.

Villain Vegitebel and Momos:

We wanted to stay there, but the Wild vegetable and Chicken Momos appeared as a Blockade. What happened to them in the stomach, the energy they gave well, I began to walk. there was raining outside. That was the fear of Juka. many friends wanted to stay there and they Let me stay. But my energy enthusiasts refused. How many are the hills and jungles? Are we even less? No, All of them and reached Pritam Deurali. Nothing to be tired of. But the clean living room and the sweet words and the warm welcome of the hotel owner sister were enough to erase the tiredness. Hot showers, garlicky soups, ginger tea, etc. have pushed the tiredness so far and not come overnight. the warm welcome of the hotel was memorable.

Neither good roads nor proper security arrangements. The phone, the internet was not working properly. One of the main reasons why foreign tourists wanted to come to Nepal more and more times is the warm welcome by Nepali peoples. The beauty of nature and the intimacy of the people of the mountains/mountains are not to be missed. Which we also got to experience throughout the journey. The next day we had planned to stay at Forest Camp (2600m) but reached Low Camp (2900 m). During that time,  the jungles were red because of our national flower Rhododendron. Which forced me to say wow … forgetting all the fatigue. And, without expressing my commitment, I think that I would surely come to see this flower of Rhododendron in March / April.

Foreign Complaints

Hotel Stupa at Low Camp decided to be our accommodation. Due to tourist pressure, I had to share a room with a Swiss tourist. Why did I stay quiet? I talked to him about my country and ask him about his country. The hotel had more foreigners than Nepali. Germany, England, the Netherlands, Denmark, and Switzerland. Not only that Swiss man, but all the foreigners we talked to also had one complaint – the road is difficult in the remote areas. Wi-Fi doesn’t work either. There is no security arrangement. If the Internet was up, they would snap chat, made a story and share. Many of their friends would come to see and visit Nepal. Because they would say that such a natural gift is only in our country Nepal. That’s not even once, again and again. I would assure them that our country is developing at a rapid pace. The current government is trying to address your complaint. I don’t know how much they believed in me.

Too much cold

It’s night. we have agreed to show our talents. there are many men-omen, boys and girls in that hotel. We danced, singing songs. We even set fire to heat the cold body. And since there is no electricity available after moving from here, mobile, power bank and we charge other equipment. Because of the cold if we charge our mobile it will be finished shortly so we should put our mobile inside the pillow.

The next day we moved to the high camp. One and a half / two hours pass through the forest with rhododendron and reached the Badal Dada. While capturing the camera of all the Machhapuchre, Annapurna South, snowflakes and others. It seems that I have covered all the scenes in my heart. The Annapurna is really like a magnet to attract tourists. It felt like there was an invisible force in the mountains that was giving us energy. Feeling cheerful, I did not know that the High Camp had arrived.

Snow Land – The hotel we live in today. Which belongs to Raju’s brother. Himalayan mountains, everywhere you look. There was nothing wrong with the mood. that night we had dinner with pure local chicken. Early the next morning, at 3 am, a flashlight was struck in the head and reached the View Point of Mardi base camp. Here clouds appear as villains. So the scene was not so clear, but it was more beautiful than you could imagine. Which made a huge memory to a traveler like me who was wandering in search of natural beauty.

Mardi Himal Trek

A kind hotel owner

On returning, We had got an opportunity to drink Yak milk. much delicious. Cheese, even a Chhurpi. Somewhere, slipping, and falling somewhere. The memories of childhood came around. The idea was to reach Siding that day. But in my mind, one thing was dwelling badly – whether or not the luggage could be found in the hotel at the Lou Camp? Thanks to the hotel keeper, he returned our luggage safely. Glad you did. Oh, what a gentleman!

Because of their good behavior, we stayed there that day. The next morning, we visit Siding. And, on the fifth day, we returned to Pokhara. Mardi Himal trek is the shortest trekking route. This route was found to be more attractive to students studying in college. if this route provides security checks and communication facilities, his route will be the best trekking route in Nepal. If this route is organized and attractive, there is no point in supporting the trekking of Annapurna Base Camp.
